PRIVACY POLICY

PT PRO provides the SERVICE, which is a platform for personal trainers to manage clients, workouts, exercise programs, nutrition plans and communication. The service is provided through web/iOS/Android apps.

The service is used by two main types of users:

  • Customers (personal trainers)
  • Customer clients (for which the system stores data on behalf of our customers)

This document is used to inform users of the service regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our SERVICE.

If you choose to use our SERVICE, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation with this policy. The Personal Information that we collect are used for providing and maintaining the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which is accessible at Website URL, unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information Collection and Use

1.1. From personal trainers

To be able to deliver the service, we need to collect personal data such as name, title, phone number, email and other contact information. The information will be used to contact and identify you, and to make your clients be able to contact and identify you.

1.2. From personal trainer clients

To provide the service, we may collect, on behalf of customers, the following:

  • Name, title, email, phone number and other contact information
  • Exercise activity logging
  • Nutrition logging
  • Logging of other health data, such as sleep data

It is up to our customers to decide which (if any) of these items are collected.

2. Ownership of personal data

In general, all personal and customer generated data are owned by our customers. The exception is personal data entered by, or about, customer clients, as referenced in section 1.1. PT PRO reserves the right to transfer or delete this data on request from customer clients, without approval by our customers.

3. Access and deletion of personal data

We will, on request, provide any user (customer or customer clients) with information about personal data stored about them in the Service. We will also, on request by the user, delete any such data about the user.

4. Integration with third party services

4.1. Stripe

For processing of payments, the service uses Stripe. If the customer wants to use payments in the service, the customer needs to set up an account with Stripe through the service, and provide required information to Stripe. Stripe's privacy policy is available at https:/ /stripe.com/privacy. When payments from customer clients are handled by the service, required data is sent to stripe to fulfill the payment processing, including amounts, email addresses (for receipts) and information about payment methods.

4.2. Other services

We integrate with a number of third party services, including (but not limited to) Apple Health, Garmin, Google Calendar, iCloud calendar. Any integration with third party services is voluntary, needs to be explicitly set up by the customer, and can be turned off at any point by the customer or customer client. Any information collected through third parties by the service, will be treated in accordance with this privacy policy.

5. Technical log Data

When you use the Service, we collect information that your browser sends to us. This Log Data may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser version, pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, and other statistics. We use this information only to provide and maintain the Service.

6. Cookies

To provide the Service it is necessary to store small amounts of data (Cookies and Local Storage) in your browser. This is necessary to keep you logged in, and to provide the service. These cookies and local storage data is necessary to provide the service, and by using the service you accept this. 7. Service Providers

All data is stored with Google Cloud in Belgium. Google Cloud is ISO 27001 certified, and does not have direct access to personal information about or customers or customer clients.

8. Security

We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

9. Links to Other Sites

Our Service may contain links to other sites. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. Note that these external sites are not operated by us. Therefore, we strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of these websites. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

10. Children's Privacy

Our Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do necessary actions.
