Food log overview

A weekly summary of what the client has actually logged, with target achievement, deviations and the option to drill into individual days.

Updated 15.10.2026

What you see in the overview

Duration and progress

At the top you can see how far the client has come in the meal plan itself, and which week you are looking at.

Logging and target achievement

You get a clear summary of the week, for example:

  • how many meals have been logged (e.g. 28/28)
  • on how many days the client hit the calorie target
  • on how many days the client hit the protein target

This gives you a quick indication of adherence.

Average + difference from the previous week

You can see the average intake for the week for:

  • calories
  • protein
  • carbohydrates
  • fat

Below this you can see the difference compared with the week before.

Colour codes: when is the client “within” the plan?

  • The system marks deviations in red if the intake is more than about 10% off the plan.
  • This makes it easy to spot recurring patterns, for example:
    • often too much fat
    • often too few carbohydrates

At the same time, you can look at the bigger picture – for instance, calories and protein may be fairly close to target on weekdays, with larger deviations at the weekend.

Drill into individual days

When you see a deviation (e.g. low protein on one day), you can:

  • tap into that day
  • scroll down and see what has actually been logged

That makes it easy to identify what is affecting the numbers, for example snacks or “alternative solutions” at the weekend.

Correct and complete the log

As a trainer, you can also use the overview to tidy up the log:

  • add something the client forgot to log (if the client has told you)
  • correct anything that was logged incorrectly
  • open an individual food/recipe and adjust it if something doesn’t add up

Use this in your follow-up

Use the Food log overview to:

  • give specific feedback on adherence
  • catch patterns (e.g. weekend deviations)
  • make sure the client follows the plan closely enough to get the best possible results
