Set up your business (overview)
The first seven steps from profile to first client: Stripe, services, products, landing page and library.
Step by step
Update your profile and basic settings. Go to Profile and info, edit the information about yourself, choose language (Norwegian, English, or Swedish) and theme (light or dark), and upload a profile picture. This is what your clients see.
Connect Stripe to take payments. Go to Business → Stripe and complete the Stripe setup with your organisation number, account details, and company information. Once Stripe is connected, you are ready to receive payouts. You can also sell without Stripe using payment methods outside of PT Pro, but in that case, clients cannot purchase directly from your landing page. See Taking payments with Stripe.
Define the services you offer. Go to Business → Services and add what you actually deliver, for example personal training, online coaching, or consultations. For each service, choose whether it is in-person or online, its duration, and whether the client should be able to book it themselves. Services are what clients book as appointments in the calendar.
Build products, the things you sell. Go to Business → Products and put together products: services with appointments, training programmes, meal plans, and resources can be included in the same package. Choose a payment model:
- Subscription with renewal (monthly or another frequency), optionally with an "end renewal after" X months
- One-time purchase (for example, a punch card with 10 sessions)
- Instalments: set up the product as a subscription with monthly renewal, or let the client pay via a one-time purchase using Klarna
See Sell your products.
Make yourself visible with branding and a landing page. Go to Settings → Branding and landing page and fill in your logo, colours, title, subtitle, and a short "about me". The logo is also used when you export programmes to Excel. You control which products appear on your landing page by selecting "can be purchased directly by clients" for each product. Share the link on social media or on your website.
Fill the library with content. Go to Training and Nutrition. Open the Public library, choose sessions, programmes, recipes, and meal plans, and copy them to your own library.
Add clients and get started. Once the steps above are done, the foundation is in place. Add clients from Add in the top corner or directly from the Dashboard. See Your first client.
Group sessions with multiple participants on the same booking are not currently supported; each client must be booked individually.
