Sell your products

Three ways to sell products: through your landing page, when you create the client, or manually from the client card.

Updated 22.10.2026

What a product can contain

A product is created under Business → Products and can consist of:

  • Services with sessions (PT sessions, consultations) that the client can book
  • Training programs and meal plans from your templates. These are copied to the client as active plans with today's start date once the product is accepted
  • Resources (videos, PDFs, links) the client gets access to automatically
  • Price, start-up fee, validity, renewal, and optionally "stop renewal after" a certain number of months
  • Your own terms, image, and intro video shown to the client

Sell through the landing page

The landing page is a simple page you can share as a link, where clients can see and order your products.

How to set up the landing page

Go to Settings → Landing page, and fill in your branding:

  • Name and contact details
  • Logo
  • Theme colours that match your brand
  • Profile picture
  • Banner (recommended width about 2000 px)
  • Main title, subtitle and description
  • (Optional) Onboarding email sent to new clients

Which products appear on the landing page?

You control this per product:

  • Go to Business → Products
  • On the product, tick the box so it can be bought directly by clients. This requires an active Stripe account
  • Feel free to add an image or intro video to the product. The client will then get a dedicated info page with content, price, and terms, which also has its own link you can share

What happens when the client orders?

  • The client fills in the required information (and any onboarding/form)
  • You get a notification that someone wants to buy. The request is also available in the dashboard
  • You approve before the client gets an account and completes the purchase
  • The rest of the process runs by email

Add a product to the client at the start (new client)

This is often the most common method if you have already talked and agreed on what the client will buy.

How to do it

When you add a new client, fill in:

  • Email
  • First name and last name
  • The product you have agreed on
  • Payment method: in PT Pro or outside

What happens on the client’s side?

  • The client gets an email with a link to create an account
  • The product is ready on their profile
  • The client must choose a payment method, accept the terms, and click Accept

Onboarding email

You can choose to send an extra onboarding email with:

  • Thanks for the purchase
  • A short introduction to what happens next
  • Expectations and next steps

Add a product to the client afterwards (manually)

Use this if:

  • The client has already been created, but
  • you have not decided on the product yet, or
  • you want to add a new product later

How to do it

Open the client and find Products / Subscription.

There you can:

  • Add a product
  • Choose a start date (or leave it blank to start right away)
  • Adjust the number of sessions and price/discount for this specific client
  • Choose a payment method

Payment in PT Pro vs. outside the system

You can choose whether the product is paid:

  • In PT Pro (card or Klarna via Stripe)
  • Outside PT Pro (invoice, Vipps, payment at the till, etc.)
    • You then handle the payment yourself and mark it as paid under Finance
    • The product can be activated without a payment requirement in the system

After the sale

  • Subscriptions renew automatically until you or the client stops the renewal. The client can stop the renewal themselves under their products online; the current period will run to completion
  • You can extend the expiration date, add extra sessions, and view receipts from the client card
  • If you are in an organization, you can also sell the organization's own products. These are at the bottom of the product list and cannot be edited by you
