Choose a view
You can switch between:
- Month
- Week (often the most used)
- Day
- Agenda (handy when things get busy)
How to create an appointment
- Tap the time you want to start
- The default duration is 1 hour
- Choose whether it's All day
- Add a title and description if needed
- You can also drag down in the calendar to create a longer appointment
Recurring appointments
For regular sessions and follow-ups, you can set the appointment to repeat:
- Daily, Weekly or Monthly
- Choose the interval (e.g. every week or every other week)
- Choose which weekdays it applies to
- Choose when it should stop: Never, after X occurrences (e.g. 20 sessions) or on an End date
Event types
When you create an appointment, you choose an event type:
- Sessions: used when the client has an active product with sessions left. A session is not deducted when you book, only when the session is marked as completed
- Other: for appointments that shouldn't deduct a session (e.g. meetings)
- Block: when you want to block out time (lunch, unavailable and so on)
Mark sessions as completed
Integrations
Better integrations with other calendars, such as Google Calendar, and sharing are on the way.
