Resources
Share videos, PDFs and links with your clients in the app, gathered in folders you can give time-limited access to.
Resources and resource items
In Resources you work on two levels:
- Resource: a folder, which is what the client sees in the library
- Resource item: the actual content in the folder (video, PDF or link)
You can put several items into one resource, so everything that belongs together is kept in one place.
How to create a resource (the folder)
When you create a new resource, you fill in:
- Title (the name of the folder)
- Description (what the client gets and why it is useful)
- Image (a cover image that represents the folder)
Add content to the resource
Once the folder has been created, you add resource items in one of two ways:
Add a new item. Give it a title and choose a type: Video, PDF or Link.
Use existing items. Choose from your resource item library and copy in items you have already created.
Share the resource with clients
When the resource is ready, you can:
- Share it with one or more clients
- Set a time window for access, if you want to
This is useful if you want to "drip" content over time, for example in a three-month online coaching programme:
- Month 1: Resource A
- Month 2: Resource B
- Month 3: Resource C
This creates a little "time pressure" that makes the client actually watch and read what you deliver.
Examples of resources you can create
- Educational material for clients (articles, e-books, explainer videos)
- Bonus content (for example recorded sessions, pregnancy training, home workouts)
- Online courses (including content from AFPT in the Public library, which can be copied into your own)
- Forms and documents (health declaration, terms, routines)
- Technique videos and deep dives (technique, common mistakes, what to avoid on the main lifts)
