Top cards (last 30 days)
At the top you see key figures that give you a quick status:
- Revenue last 30 days: total amount sold, including both punch cards and subscriptions
- Estimated MRR: expected monthly income from ongoing subscriptions and monthly renewals. Handy for seeing what you can expect each month, regardless of new sales
- Active clients: number of clients with active products, compared with the previous 30 days
Outstanding manual payments
If you take payment outside PT Pro (invoice, Vipps, till, etc.), you can still record the sale:
- When you add the product to the client, it stays as an unpaid manual payment
- When the client has paid outside the system, you need to mark the payment as paid for it to be recorded
Payments and time period
The table shows payments for the last 30 days by default, or a period of your choice (e.g. this year or last year). You can also export a transaction report for a chosen period.
Receipts: what is what?
You can view and download receipts as PDF:
- Receipt per payment (client receipt): covers a single purchase by the client, and is also sent to the client by email
- Stripe payout (record for your accounts): sits on the line for the payouts and also shows Stripe fees. This is usually the PDF you use for your accounting

Payouts from Stripe
Selling products
Payouts from Stripe go automatically to your business account after a 7-day holding period, and the money is paid out on the following Thursday. In total, it usually takes 8–14 days before the money is available in your account, depending on when the payment is made.
