Payouts from Stripe
Payouts from Stripe go automatically to your business account after a 7-day holding period, and the money is paid out on the following Thursday. In total, it usually takes 8–14 days before the money is available in your account, depending on when the payment is made.

How Stripe payouts work
7-day hold (buffer)
When a payment comes in, Stripe holds the money for 7 days to make sure there are funds to cover it if the client exercises their right of withdrawal.
Payout on Thursday
After 7 days, the money is paid out to your business account on the following Thursday.
How long does it take in total?
Depending on which day the payment comes in, you will typically see the money in your account after:
- About 8 days (if the payment comes in on a Wednesday)
- Up to 14 days (if the payment comes in on a Thursday)
