Give the client a training programme or meal plan
From finished content in the library to what the client actually sees in the app: assign, activate, schedule, and check.
Three ways to give a client a plan
- From the library: Open the programme or meal plan under Training or Nutrition and select "Add to client." You can select one or multiple clients at once.
- From the client card: Open the client → Training or Nutrition → "Add" and select from the library, or build the plan directly on the client.
- Via the product: Include the programme and meal plan in the product. When the client accepts the product, the plans are automatically copied to the client as active with a start date of today. See Sell your products.
Training programme: from assigned to visible
Open the client → Training and find the programme.
Set the start and end dates.
Set the programme as active. The client only sees active programmes; drafts and inactive ones are hidden in the app and on the client's website.
Schedule the sessions for specific days. They will then appear in the client's calendar and on the home screen in the app, and you will receive compliance statistics.
Customise as needed: hide individual sessions you don't want the client to see, or adjust weights and notes on the client's copy.
The client can have multiple active programmes at the same time and switch between them by tapping the programme title in the app. Programmes with consecutive dates will automatically transition from one to the next.
Meal plan: from assigned to visible
Open the client → Nutrition and find the plan, or create a new one with at least one meal.
Set daily targets via Macro calculation on the Nutrition page and select Copy to daily targets. See Adapting macros to the client.
Check that the mode in the plan's settings (gear icon) is correct: macro-based, recipe-based, or detailed. The wrong mode will result in incorrect display in the app.
Set the plan to active with a start and end date.
What the client sees
- Home: Today's session and calendar dots for scheduled sessions.
- Training: Active programmes, the sessions in each programme, and logging.
- Nutrition: The plan (recipes, foods, or just targets, depending on the mode) and the food log.
- Changes you make appear once the client reopens the app. Ask the client to close and restart the app if something doesn't update.
The client sees nothing? Check in this order
Is the programme or plan set to active? This is the most common reason.
Is it on the client card, or still only in the library?
Are the dates correct? A plan with a start date in the future will not be visible until that date.
Are the sessions scheduled? Without assigned days, nothing appears in the calendar.
Is the client logged in with the correct email address? Clients with two profiles (same name, different email) will see an empty app on the account they aren't using.
Does the client have the latest version of the app? Check both the App Store/Google Play and the version under Settings in the app.
