Updated 22.10.2026

Summary (first tab)

Here you get a quick overview of:

  • Active training programme (status, dates, sessions, adherence)
  • Active meal plan (duration and how far the client has come)
  • Nutrition card with the client's intake versus daily goals
  • Calendar, where yellow is scheduled sessions from the programme and blue/red are different types of PT appointments, depending on your setup

You can tap the areas to open the plans directly.

Training

  • See an overview of active programmes (the client can have several at once), number of completed sessions and adherence. You can see drafts and inactive programmes here, but the client cannot
  • See summaries such as total sets, total load (kg), reps, tempo and personal bests (tap a PB for details)
  • Scroll down to compare sessions (latest against previous) and see what has increased or decreased
  • In the session dialogue and under Recent sessions, you see the client's feedback on intensity, satisfaction, and recovery (1–10) and the notes the client wrote after the session
  • Differences between strength and endurance are shown correctly when the sessions are tagged with the right session type
  • You can start logging directly from the client profile, and self-training sessions the client has logged without a plan are also shown here

Nutrition

  • See the client's food log and a weekly overview (meals, calories, protein target)
  • Colour indicators show whether the client is hitting their targets (green, yellow, red)
  • Tap a day or recipe for more details. You can edit, delete, and add food items to the log on behalf of the client
  • On the right-hand side, you see previous and upcoming meal plans
  • Macro calculation is located here: adjust targets by changing weight, height, or activity level, and copy them to daily goals. See Adapting macros to the client

Progress

  • Overview of activity, lifestyle, nutrition, and photos over time
  • Switch the time range (6, 12, 26, or 52 weeks) to see development. The main figures are averages for the last 7 days, compared to the 7 days prior
  • Only sessions marked "endurance" are included in the endurance graphs

Reports (forms and check-ins)

  • See all check-ins and forms that have been submitted
  • Open them to view, edit, or delete
  • Copy answers over to data points using "Copy to data points", or enable automatic copying on the form. See Forms
  • You can also create your own reports manually and send a link to the client

Data points

  • Collects everything that has been logged, from phone and watch, manually and via forms
  • Add new data points as needed, for example, weight, measurements, pain, or muscle soreness. Use a dot as a decimal separator

Resources

  • Add new or existing resources directly to the client
  • Optionally set a validity period for access

Products, subscriptions and payment

  • See what the client has bought, the status, number of sessions left (used sessions are listed at the bottom), and accepted terms
  • Under Payments, you can retrieve a receipt and download it as a PDF. The client receives the same receipt via email
  • You can extend the expiry on an active product, for example, to freeze a subscription for a period
  • You can add extra sessions, but not reduce ones already bought
  • Add a new product and set a start date if needed. Changes must be accepted by the client
  • For manual payments, mark the payment as paid here

The client drawer (detail view)

  • Gives an extra overview, including the onboarding form, client info, and client goals
  • Shows health data if the client has connected a phone or watch (weight, sleep, activity)
  • This is also where you find client notes and comments
  • From the client's settings, you can send "forgotten password" or a new verification code. The client can only change their email address by contacting support themselves

Chat and video calls

  • Chat with text and attachments (video, audio, images, files, and links). Both you and the client can send audio and video messages
  • Start a video call via the video link, in a small window or full screen. The client receives a notification in the app when you start
